   ### Steps to Reproduce
   
   1. just set option legend type scroll
   2. when the points up to 10w (not very exactly ) click to scroll legend ,the charts will be re rendered
   3. when the points are few, click to scroll legend ,the charts will not be re rendered
   
   ### Current Behavior
   
   When I click the scroll legend, the chart is re rendered
   
   ### Expected Behavior
   
   When I click the scroll legend, the chart is not re rendered
   
   ### Environment
   
   ```markdown
   - OS: window10 企业版 21H2
   - Browser:  Google Chrome 98.0.4758.102 64byte
   - Framework: just pure html
