           Summary: Support proxy settings
           Product: JMeter
           Version: 2.2.1
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTTP
        AssignedTo: jmeter-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: lubos.vrba@seznam.cz

We have a problem with using JMeter, because some of our pages are behind proxy
and some of them not. It would be good if we can set the same properties for
proxy as it is in browsers (url of proxy + authentization + No proxy for)

------- Additional Comments From sebb@apache.org 2006-04-13 16:15 -------
Added a new option -N to Jmeter - this sets the nonProxyHosts system property
for the default implementation.

Also updated the HttpClient implementation to omit the proxy if the host
matches the nonProxyHosts list.

Version 2.2.1 has not been released - I assume you meant 2.1.1

See:
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/guide/net/properties.html

Just define "http.nonProxyHosts" as a Java System property; this should work
for the default HTTP implementation.

Please update this issue with the results.

I'll see about adding this for the Apache HttpClient version.
