This is due to maven.grammar\src\org\netbeans\modules\maven\grammar\maven-4.0.0.xsd being removed from the donation, see [nb.cluster.java review 1|https://github.com/emilianbold/netbeans-releases/commit/ae9e5d82fbdf7923032c57cde405a4a54cb695a9#diff-84a402f59eace57dc609fd91cfc61997]
