hyandell opened a new issue #27: Company list doesn't fit Apache's policies

   The section with company logos needs to comply with Apache's policies.
   
   Currently it says:
   
   "We sincerely thank the following organizations for supporting MXNet and sponsoring its major developers (alphabetical order)"
   
   There are two issues there:
   
   1) There is no notion of major developers.
   2) Sponsoring means providing the Apache Software Foundation with support (of some form or another; up to ASF whether it calls it sponsoring), you don't sponsor a project/podling/person.
