Namenode Monitoring Metric rpc.rpc.RpcQueueTime_avg_time

Hi All,

Would it be possible to understand what the monitoring metric:
rpc.rpc.RpcQueueTime_avg_time
from the namenode?

Any suggestions on what the metrics mean, would be extremely helpful.
