1. JDO 3.1: Need to go through change lists in JIRA for 3.1 RC1 and 3.1 to prepare JCP Change Log. 

Need to talk to the JCP folks about how to bring the JCP site up to date. We are looking to release JDO 3.1 as Maintenance Release 4.

The patch was applied to jdo trunk. Looks good, but need an example for Converter annotation.
