What is the name of the spreadsheet file you are attempting to change a cell
in?

The error message is not one supplied by Apache OpenOffice.  It is probably
supplied by the spreadsheet you are using, either directly or indirectly.

You should check with the source of the spreadsheet file.  We cannot provide
further advice without (1) a copy of the file and (2) a description of the
change you are attempting -- what cell, what are you attempting to enter, etc. 
A readable screen capture of the complete pop-up (including any border text and
titles) would also be useful.
