[RESULT][VOTE] Release Apache ServiceMix 6.0.0.M2

Hi,

this vote passed with the following result:

+1 (binding): Freeman Fang, Jean-Baptiste Onofré, Krzysztof Sobkowiak
+1 (non-binding): Jamie Goodyear, Morgan Hautman

I will copy this release to the ServiceMix dist directory and
promote the artifacts to the Central Maven repository.
