Herve, 

I have added you to the administrators role for the Maven project, you can now add folks yourself to the roles. Here: 

https://issues.apache.org/jira/plugins/servlet/project-config/MNG/roles

Please note we no longer use groups, we have not for a while, so you can add these locally to the project yourself using roles.
