1. Setup Ambari at 1.6.1 with HDP 2.1.15.0 (no NFS Gateway installed)
2. Upgrade Ambari to 2.1.2-361
3. Perform manual stack upgrade of HDP components to 2.3.2.0 and finalize the upgrade
4. On Ambari - Services - HDFS and notice the value of NFSGateways

Result: Shows /Started
(see attached screenshot)

Expected Result:- Should indicate something like - 0/0 started

Note - Also seen after manual stack upgrade of HDP 2.3 to 2.3.2 (Ambari upgrade from 2.0.2 to 2.1.2)
