   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   
   We should pass the existed `fileStatusCache` to `InMemoryFileIndex` even though there aren't partition columns.
   
   ## How was this patch tested?
   
   Existed test. Extra tests can be added if there is a requirement.
