1/1/2019 Bi-Weekly OSS Heron Sync-up

Hi, all~,

Happy New Year!

It has been two weeks since our last sync and it is time to share our
progress again. Let's share our works for the last two weeks in this
thread.

My update:
- Continue working on new Streamlet operations.
- Build Heron binaries for 0.20.0-rc5

I couldn't a lot much work this week ( was on a tight deadline at my work)
.But I guess I should be okay from this week and will work on the
connectors for heron.
