Add faceting and sorting to Private Mail search

Patch to follow does:
1. Upgrades to trunk Solr (not required, but useful as there are some nice features we can add from here)
2. Adds faceting/filtering to the UI and to search so one can filter by project, to, from, etc.
3. Adds ability to sort by relevance or time
4. Makes more room in the UI for the facets and search results by dropping the right hand columns of all the projects, etc. I think Members already know all this stuff and would rather have more room for viewing results.
I'm no UI guy, so don't take this code as what has to be done. I think there are still some bugs around removing facets.
I also renamed some of the fields with dashes in them as it didn't seem like Solr trunk liked them (likely b/c - is a reserved word), so this would require a re-indexing.

Oh, I also added some sample test documents in SolrXML that make it easier to test locally. I have not tested w/ full fledged mail indexing. I would suggest we might think about separating out the indexing a little bit into two pieces:
1. retrieve the archives and unzip them
2. Do the indexing
This would allow us to test on smaller subsets of mbox.
(naturally, a script to tie them together for production makes sense)
