Maven for .NET artifact management?

All,

We have a development environment (product) which involves both Java 
artifacts and .NET artifacts. Has anyone out there used maven for 
managing .NET projects? We are using maven for our Java projects, and 
though we don't really need maven to build our .NET projects, it 
certainly would be nice to use maven to manage versioning of build 
artifacts. Has anyone done this?
