problem with cloud instance

http://uddi-jbossoverlord.rhcloud.com/services

says that the correct wsdl url for inquiry is here

http://uddi-jbossoverlord.rhcloud.com/services/inquiry?wsdl

however that returns a fault of some sort whereas tomcat generated
from the trunk works ok.
