Done, Notifications changed.

These 'simple' jobs (I agree) require global Jira Administrator privileges. Yourself, and over 100 others had this privilege purely to do these minor things for their own project. It was decided a while back to cull this list to just the few that really needed it and would not only use it for their own projects, but for others aas well, meaning they would volunteer to fix other jira issues that the privilege allowed for.

I have no problem giving this karma back to you if you will make good use of it. at the same time I and others are happy to continue to do these simple tasks if it keeps the risk down. Ping me with your decision, thanks.
