### Describe the bug
Looks like the published OpenDAL java SDK glibc version is too high
### Steps to Reproduce
Trying to run OpenDAL with Spark with Debian 12 (python:3.10-bookworm), but got errors like:
```
Py4JJavaError: An error occurred while calling o45.sql.
: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /tmp/libopendal_java10668025866415866836.so: /lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.39' not found (required by /tmp/libopendal_java10668025866415866836.so)
```

Should succeed

This is a known issue: the OpenDAL Java SDK native library is currently built with a glibc version (GLIBC_2.39) that is newer than what Debian 12 provides (GLIBC_2.36), which causes the UnsatisfiedLinkError you’re seeing. The root cause is that recent releases did not use zigbuild to target older glibc versions during the build process. The maintainers are working on a fix by reapplying zigbuild, and this should be addressed in the upcoming 0.47.13 release [see discussion](https://github.com/apache/opendal/issues/6080).
If you need an immediate workaround, you can build the native library yourself using cargo-zigbuild and target an older glibc version, for example: `cargo zigbuild --target aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu.2.26`. Building with musl or in an older Ubuntu 18.04 environment is also suggested for broader compatibility [see details](https://github.com/apache/opendal/issues/3663).
This problem is similar to the LanceDB issue you referenced, and the solutions discussed there (building against an older glibc or using zigbuild) are applicable here as well.

I think I understand the issue now: we're building our aarch64 release from an x86_64 host, which might not generate the correct glibc version.
Let me see if we can have a fix.
