I've already pushed a fix for this to the cordova-cli repository, see: https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=cordova-cli.git;a=commit;h=d0f44cae6ee46600af4e1acec3f61bc306b6622d

So this issue can actually be closed once this solution is verified.
