Fixing bug XERCESJ-1010 (http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XERCESJ-1010)
There is a list of complex types for which we need to check UPA.
Somehow the entry for the "root" type was overwritten by the "test" type,
so we were not checking UPA for the "root" type.
