Good day. This *should* be fixed in CVS; for sure we now catch
SecurityExceptions if the call to fileExists() for xerces.properties throws
one.
The facility that usually provides nightly builds seems to be off-line at the
moment, so you're only option to verify this seems to be to build from CVS.
Would much appreciate it if you could do so and change the state of this bug
appropriately according to the results.
