Hello Kendall,
I installed neon 0.26.3 and the config procedure told me only to use
0.25.5.
If 0.26.1. should work, should 0.26.3 work either?

I notice that the INSTALL file says you need 0.25.5 or 0.26.1. So,
shouldn't that mean that the latest neon is compatible?
