Administrative tasks for SVN

 Hi,

I will be eventually moving a repository from CVS to SVN.

As a CVS administrator, I could add/remove users to/from CVS, change their
password etc. I could add a user to readers file in order to assign
read-only rights.

How do I achieve all this in SVN?

There's two different server options and they have different configurations.
