   ### SUMMARY
   
   We intend to introduce a concept of "shared data type" between frontend and backend as it will be very useful for automatic formatting. Renaming `DbColumnType` to `GenericDataType` so it can be added to the frontend, too.
   
   This PR is mostly for reducing the diff size for #10270 .

   This is an internal API change, so everything should work as long as the CI passes.
