[OUTREACH] Apache Pulsar is #5 in commits for all ASF Projects!

Hello Apache Pulsar Neighbors,

In our email this morning we had some exciting news, the ASF has released
their "Apache by the digits" blog post and Apache Pulsar is the fifth most
popular project by commits!
