Summary: Valid url is tagged invalid, validator too strict
           Product: Struts
           Version: Unknown
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Validator Framework
        AssignedTo: dev@struts.apache.org
        ReportedBy: sandor@magproductions.nl

The url validation rule thinks a url like this: 'http://bla.com' is invalid. It
wants at least a slash and a character appended. That doesn't make sense to me.

I am not sure about the Struts version I am using (how can I find out?) however
it is fairly new and I use this jar: commons-validator-1.1.4.jar - I hope that
helps.

I'm fairly new to Struts so I might be doing something wrong, however I could
not find a config option for this here
http://struts.apache.org/userGuide/dev_validator.html
So maybe the real bug is in the user guide :)
