[jira] [Created] (SLING-3680) In the 'new projects' wizards: warn appropriately if a project already exists with the chosen name

Stefan Egli created SLING-3680:
----------------------------------

Summary: In the 'new projects' wizards: warn appropriately if a project already exists with the chosen name
                 Key: SLING-3680
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-3680
             Project: Sling
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: IDE
            Reporter: Stefan Egli
            Assignee: Stefan Egli
Fix For: Sling Eclipse IDE 1.0.0

Currently, when creating a project with an existing-project's-name, the error message is a bit unclear, saying 'Unable to create project from archetype' (and maybe the odd 'NullPointerException' without any further details).

We should improve and catch this simple case and show a clear error message instead.
