[Axis2] Fixing message from JAXWS when running the build

Hi Devs,

After few weeks I ran Axis2 build today and then I found that there are
number of unwanted messages appear in th the console from JAXWS module.
So is there any way to remove them, I mean no point of putting them in
the console.
