Done, this is now set in some profiles which allow a flexible setup.

The default datadir is target/plexus-app-runtime/data ( ${plexus.home}/data)
this can be overridden to any directory by passing -Denterprise.dataDir=/my/data/directory
to mvn install.

running mvn install -Denterprise.install is designed to pick sensible defaults for an installation
and for this property will set ${user.home}/.enterprise
