ALG: Added 'convert to metafile' and 'convert to bitmap', both is possible now
for OLEs and GraphicObjects.

Also corrected most converters from OLE2 and GraphicObject to something else.
Most of these had some erors due to old code stuff; fixed in old code as far as
possible. The mid term solution will be to change all converters to use
primitives as base.
