After merging your PR, Conbench analyzed the 6 benchmarking runs that have been run so far on merge-commit 2bd031a1072a9830b20f9c060b2949cde6927fb4.

There were 3 benchmark results indicating a performance regression:

   - Commit Run on `ursa-i9-9960x` at [2023-07-19 07:30:53Z](http://conbench.ursa.dev/compare/runs/aaecfe471ed749a4a9ffd0ae3312e244...37352e796cad458698ee79b2ee1b4037/)
     - [compression=lz4, dataset=nyctaxi_2010-01, file_type=feather, language=R, output_type=table](http://conbench.ursa.dev/compare/benchmarks/064b774b15fc76b180001ba1060d9dad...064b7a52dc7370f480004364cf8fe98b)
     - [compression=uncompressed, dataset=nyctaxi_2010-01, file_type=feather, language=R, output_type=dataframe](http://conbench.ursa.dev/compare/benchmarks/064b774a58567c348000e7647c4a7ecb...064b7a51a0e77fbb8000a3d5e00bd6eb)
   - and 1 more (see the report linked below)

The [full Conbench report](https://github.com/apache/arrow/runs/15245971175) has more details. It also includes information about possible false positives for unstable benchmarks that are known to sometimes produce them.
