JIRA reporter watch by default

Hi,

It'd be an improvement if we could make reporters watch issues by
default, because they forget to click on the "watch it" link and the
turnaround is slow, when they don't just forget about the issue.

Is it possible?

Brett is right, the reporter gets an email. If you're a jira admin you can
simply check the notification scheme used. I've just checked it for the MNG
JIRA project.

I don't think so, I think it's the asignee who gets mail by default.
