Hello committers,

I'd like to propose Ingo Brunberg as a commiter. 

He intends to work on the WebDAV client API and will support us in better
bug fixing reponse times. He is working at the "Fachinformationszentrum
(FIZ) CHEMIE Berlin, Germany", with the leadership of one of the biggest
German E-Learning project. They are using Slide as their central engine.
