seems to be integrated, but "Download Jira plugin" in Tasks-Window - "Create Task Repository" - Connector: Jira fails without feedback.
Digging into netbeans code it seems to be a problem in this class: [https://github.com/apache/netbeans/blob/master/ide/team.commons/src/org/netbeans/modules/bugtracking/commons/JiraUpdater.java]
