[Bug 55720] New: separate LDAP Bind timeout from LDAPTimeout

https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=55720

            Bug ID: 55720
Summary: separate LDAP Bind timeout from LDAPTimeout
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.4.6
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P2
         Component: mod_ldap
          Assignee: bugs@httpd.apache.org
          Reporter: covener@gmail.com

Currently the timeout for a bind and search are always the same (LDAPTimeout)
even though detecting a bind timeout should be shorter/more aggressive then a
potentially slow search operation.

Allow LDAPBindTimeout to override the LDAPTimeout for the bind only.
