Exception retrieving mail and Exception storing mail

hello ..

i got an error in my james-2.1.3 installation

ERROR mailstore: Exception retrieving mail:
java.lang.RuntimeException: Exception caught while retrieving an
object, cause: java.io.FileNotFoundException:
C:\james-2.1.3\apps\james\var\mail\spool\4D61696C313039303631313830373138372D3133353233.Repository.FileObjectStore
(The system cannot find the file specified), so we're deleting it...
good riddance!
