There are numerous problems with group page functions:

1. the data picker jquery control cause page to render with latest releases.  Problem starts after v6.140

2. search by userid causes runtime exception if userid not found

3. the assign/deassign fails because using getRdn for id rather than getUserId

4. add a deassign button
