Inplace editor issue with some browsers

In Example Ajax, the inplace editor does not work anymore with some browsers. It works with IE7, Opera and Safari but not with FF3
and Chrome. I begin to think that tAjax is really too sensible to invest on it in an open source project. Maybe it will improve with 
time...
