Q: Update http://forrest.apache.org/0.7/docs/howto/howto-asf-mirror.html#cgi for FOR-470?

Is it correct to assume that

http://forrest.apache.org/0.7/docs/howto/howto-asf-mirror.html#cgi

saying

'Utilising the Forrest concept of raw un-processed content, add the
file as src/documentation/mirrors.cgi (copy the Forrest project's
mirrors.cgi)'

was already wrong for 0.6 (because raw content should be in the
content-subdir) and should change to say

'Utilising the Forrest concept of raw un-processed content, add the
file as src/documentation/content/xdocs/mirrors.cgi (copy the Forrest project's
mirrors.cgi)'

for version 0.7?
