[http-common] Review classes imported from Commons HttpClient

Folks,

In the course of the past few weeks I imported several classes from
Commons HttpClient to Jakarta HttpClient http-common module and provided
almost 100% test coverage for those classes. Even though the original
classes have had only a few minor changes, please review them
nonetheless to make sure I was not carried away too much. Please take a
good look at the hashCode and equals methods and let me know if they are
okay with all of you
