It seems to be a JDK 1.2.2 bug instead of Xerces's. JDK 1.3.0 doesn't have this
problem.
But there is a problem with Xerces: using JDK 1.3.0 and network
path "\\host\dir\file.xml", the parser fails to locate other files referenced
by "file.xml" if they are referenced by relative paths. I'll try to fix it.
