Sometimes I spot automated tests failing in python_test -> qpid_tests.broker_0_10.management.ManagementTest.test_connection_stats with backtrace:

qpid_tests.broker_0_10.management.ManagementTest.test_connection_stats .. fail
Error during test:  Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "/data_ext4/qpid/cpp/BLD/src/tests/python/commands/qpid-python-test", line 340, in run
      phase()
    File "/data_ext4/qpid/tests/src/py/qpid_tests/broker_0_10/management.py", line 641, in test_connection_stats
      assert(conn_qmf)
  AssertionError

Frequency of failure is over 1 from 10 test rounds (could be e.g. 1/3 as I dont track it - seen it twice, 1/10 is a safe low value).

Seen on RHEL6 virtual machine with 1 NIC, 4 cores, 2GB RAM.
