adding projects to the sandbox

If I want to create a few small projects, is there an official method
for putting them in the sandbox? I have a bunch of code sitting on my
desktop and want to put it somewhere. It's a new plugin and showcase
app for jquery, so it's struts-related... I just haven't really
finished up and added headers, etc. for everything. Of course I plan
on adding appropriate headers, etc. But, I want to start getting some
help, so I was thinking of putting it in the sandbox. I don't need a
vote or anything, do I?

I don't think you need anything, we couldn't vote anyway without
seeing the code. It is an ancient mystery "Which came first the code
or the vote"? :)

Go ahead, you don't need a vote to start something in the sandbox.
The usual IP clearance rules apply, but it sounds like this is all
your own code.
