HttpSessionBindingListener not working for session expiration

Summary: HttpSessionBindingListener not working for session
                    expiration
           Product: Tomcat 3
           Version: 3.3 Release Candidate 1
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: Servlet
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: polverini@explo-it.com

Hello,
I'm developing a servlet implementing the HttpSessionBindingListener.
The method valueBound(HttpSessionBindingEvent e) is correctly called when a
session is created but valueUnbound(HttpSessionBindingEvent e) is not.
I have been able to verify that the session expires but the bindind event is
not thrown.
The servlet runs fine with tomcat 3.2.3 but I'm forced to use tomcat 3.3
because I need more than 100 concurrent connections.
If you can help me on configuring tomcat 3.2.3 for more concurrent connections
I would be very glad.

Thanks,
Alex
