I found that the configuration of system properties *org.apache.ignite.internal.configuration.SystemDistributedConfigurationSchema* and *org.apache.ignite.internal.configuration.SystemLocalSchema* are located in module *ignite-runner*, which makes it impossible to use in other modules due to cyclic dependencies of models. For example, this appears when trying to add system properties for the metastore module.

It is proposed to fix this with a new *ignite-configuration-system* like *ignite-configuration-root* and transfer the corresponding configurations to it.
