Xerces 1_0_1 does not compile on SuSE Linux 6.3

Dear developer,

I tried to compile Xerces-C-src_1_0_1 on a SuSE Linux 6.3 and
got this error message from running make:

Linux/LinuxPlatformUtils.cpp:557: implicit declaration of function
  `int pthread_mutexattr_setkind_np(...)'
make[2]: *** [Linux/LinuxPlatformUtils.o] Error 1

... I am no expert on pthread handling but it looks like
my Linux has a /usr/include/pthread.h that is not compatible
to the one on your developing platform ...

Thanks for providing this tools
and best regards,
Bernd
