[VOTE] Release Bigtop 3.5.0 RC0
This is the vote for release 3.5.0 of Apache Bigtop. (RC0)
It fixes the following issues:

The vote will be going for at least 72 hours.
Please download, test and vote with

* all checksums and signatures of the source and binary releases are valid
* the source release is identical to the repository except for dotfiles
* packages are successfully built using the source release
* Airflow, Hadoop and Spark are successfully deployed using the binary
release to Debian 12 and Rocky 9 on x86_64
