   Code side this looks good. Like they're already using the fallback for [otel_interval_milliseconds](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/88c20aeb5bbebb0c4363e73aec4085595d72ab25/airflow-core/src/airflow/metrics/otel_logger.py#L378) so I don't see why fallback for the push path wouldn't be okay.
