Doubt: Environment for testing

Hello guys, could someone help me?

I installed server vcl and vmware  esxi5.1 in an environment vmware
workstation for testing.

my settings:

vcl server: ip 10.0.1.4
esxi5.1 vmware: ip 10.0.1.5

What should I do to enable communication between server and host vcl vmware?

This works?

The settings are annexed.
