   ### What happened
   
   * Currently our docs are outdated when it comes to how to initialize database:
   1. SQL code in docs may not work for some version of mysql like 8.0.27. We need SQL for creating db & granting permissions in two verisons.
   2. `script/create-dolphinscheduler.sh` has been replaced with `tools/bin/create-schema.sh` to initialize database.
   
   * Besides, we need explanation for `dolphinscheduler_env.sh` in docs.
