1) Run thru install wizard
2) enter a bogus hostname, like asdasdasd
3) choose manual registration
4) confirm hosts
5) It takes minutes for that asdasdasd host to come back failed. And the message is not description.

Since the user choice manual registration, can we? 1) fail faster, and 2) provide a more informative message since we failed to see the host registered
